1. Scope of application

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed via the TykonSafety website and forms an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions and Return Policy.

2. Shipping Areas

We offer standard delivery within the Netherlands and, if available at checkout, also to Belgium and other EU countries.

Availability by country and any restrictions will be shown at checkout.

3. Processing time & shipping

Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment .

We strive to ship orders quickly . The estimated shipping date and delivery time are indicated during checkout and/or in the order confirmation.

Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or in case of stock shortages. You will then receive an email update.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier, destination, and any external circumstances. Normally, our shipping times are as follows: Ordered before 3 PM = delivered tomorrow!

The carrier displays (where available) tracking updates with the most current indication.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping to the Netherlands/Belgium is completely FREE!

Any promotions (e.g. free shipping above a certain amount) will be clearly communicated on the product or shopping cart page.

6. Carriers & tracking

We work with reputable carriers. You will receive an email with the assigned carrier and tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over.

Check your spam folder if you haven't received a tracking email.

7. Not at home / collection point

The carrier will make one or more delivery attempts or, if applicable, deliver to a collection point .

Please collect your shipments on time. Uncollected shipments will generally be returned to us; reshipping may incur additional shipping costs.

8. Partial deliveries & pre-orders

To shorten delivery times, orders may be shipped in partial deliveries (at no extra cost, unless otherwise stated).

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available; the indicative date is listed on the product page or order confirmation.

9. Address details & changes

Make sure your delivery address is complete and correct .

Changes to your order are only possible before the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. Please contact us immediately using the contact details at the top of this policy.

10. Damaged, incomplete, or lost

Check your package upon receipt.

Damaged or incomplete: Report this within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label and product(s).

Not received / lost: If you don't receive any tracking updates or the indicative delivery time is exceeded, please contact us. We will then start an investigation with the carrier.

After the investigation is completed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

11. Customs & International Shipments (if applicable)

For deliveries outside the Netherlands , customs duties, import duties or local VAT may apply. These costs are (unless otherwise stated) the responsibility of the recipient and will not be collected or refunded by TykonSafety.

Customs processes may cause additional delivery time.

12. Undeliverable or refused shipments

Shipments that prove undeliverable due to incomplete/incorrect address information, untimely collection at the pick-up point, or active refusal, may be returned to us.

After the return, we will refund the purchase price minus (any) shipping and return costs incurred, after receipt and inspection, to the extent legally permitted and in accordance with our Return Policy.

13. Retention of Title & Transfer of Risk

Ownership is transferred upon full payment (retention of title), in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery ; different rules may apply to business customers (see General Terms and Conditions).

14. Deviations for business customers (B2B)

For B2B deliveries, different agreements may apply regarding delivery times, transfer of risk, liability and returns, as stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions (Business) or individual quotes/contracts.
