1. Application

This return policy applies to all purchases made through the TykonSafety website and forms an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy .

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

You have the right to revoke your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason .

Notify us of your cancellation within the cooling-off period using our return form, by email or by phone (see contact details). You will then receive return instructions.

After you have reported the issue, you still have 14 days to return the product.

In total, you have 30 days to return your package from the date of receipt.

Refund

We will refund the full purchase price and, if applicable, the standard shipping costs of the outbound shipment, within 14 days of the withdrawal.

We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return costs

The return shipping costs are completely FREE!

3. Return conditions

Handle products and packaging with care; you may inspect them as you would in a store.

Please return the product – where reasonably possible – complete , undamaged and in its original condition and packaging (including accessories, manuals, labels).

Depreciation due to use beyond what is necessary for evaluation may be deducted from the refund.

4. Exclusions (where legally permitted)

Cancellation is not possible for, among other things:

Products manufactured according to consumer specifications (custom-made/personalized).

Sealed products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken (this may apply to certain PPE/hygiene items).

Products with a limited shelf life or that spoil quickly.

Products that, by their nature, are irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery.

Sealed audio/video recordings and software whose seal has been broken.

On the product page, we indicate, where necessary, whether an item falls under an exception (e.g., specific PPE).

5. Procedure step-by-step (consumers)

Notification : Submit your cancellation request within 14 days (email/form/telephone).

Packaging : Use sturdy packaging; include packing slip or order number.

Shipping : Send to the return address (see §7). Keep your proof of postage and tracking information .

Review & Refund : Upon receipt, we will check the return shipment and process your refund in accordance with §2.

6. Defective or damaged upon receipt / incorrect item

Report any damage, defects, or incorrect delivery within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of: the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will arrange for a free exchange or refund , and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.

8. Exchange

Would you like to exchange it for a different variant? Please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability; otherwise, we will refund you and you can place a new order.

9. B2B (business) orders

Different rules may apply to business customers regarding returns, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (Business) or individual agreements/quotations (e.g. no right of withdrawal, restocking fee, RMA authorization requirement).

10. Warranty (after the return period)

After the cancellation period, the (manufacturer's) warranty applies where applicable. In case of a defect, please contact our customer service for the warranty procedure. Wear and tear, improper use, and damage due to incorrect installation or maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

11. Incorrect/inaccurate address details, failure to collect, refused shipment

Undeliverable or refused shipments returned to us will be processed after receipt and inspection. Any (additional) shipping/return costs may be deducted, to the extent legally permitted.

12. Processing time

We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days of receipt. During peak periods, it may take a little longer; you will always receive an email confirmation.
